Bentley has unveiled the new Continental GT S and GTC S, expanding its Continental range with hybrid V8 power. Positioned between the comfort-oriented Azure models and the top-tier GT Speed, these S variants target drivers who want a more dynamic grand touring experience alongside Bentley's signature luxury.

Hybrid V8 Powertrain

These fourth-generation models are the most powerful to carry the 'S' badge. A 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine paired with a hybrid system for 671 bhp and 930 Nm of torque, a gain of 130 bhp and 160 Nm over the prior Continental GT S. The GT S reaches 0-100 kmph in 3.5 seconds and tops 306 kmph. It also supports up to 80 km of pure electric driving and outperforms the previous W12-powered GT Speed in key metrics.

Advanced Chassis Technology

The powertrain works with Bentley's most sophisticated all-wheel-drive chassis, previously exclusive to GT Speed and Mulliner variants. This includes active all-wheel drive, twin-valve dampers, torque vectoring, a 48V Dynamic Ride anti-roll system, and refined ESC software. New additions for the GT S are an electronic limited-slip differential and all-wheel steering. These enable sharper agility, better cornering, and flexible modes from managed stability to fully permissive Dynamic Mode or ESC-off for engaged driving.
