2025 Ducati Multistrada V2 Launched In India; Prices Start At Rs 18.88 Lakh

Ducati has launched the Multistrada V2 in the Indian market with an updated V-twin engine. It has been introduced at a starting price of Rs 18.88 lakh (ex-showroom) for the standard version. Meanwhile, the higher-specced Multistrada V2 S comes at a starting price of Rs 21 lakh (ex-showroom) for Ducati Red Shade and Rs 21.3 lakh (ex-showroom) for Storm Green Shade.

In terms of design, Ducati is keeping close to its predecessor. The MY26 version continues to unmistakably represent a Multistrada. It brings a sleek front end, an upgraded LED headlight design, new LED daytime running lights (DRLs), a prominent front beak, a sculpted 19L fuel tank, sturdy tank shrouds that provide protection, a tall windshield, and a newly designed exhaust canister. The Aluminium monocoque frame is also apparent, offering benefits in weight savings.

Speaking of weight, the 2026 Ducati Multistrada has shed 18 kg, with the base Multistrada V2 weighing in at 199 kg (dry weight). Both versions are equipped with the same 890cc 90-degree V-Twin engine that delivers 115 bhp and 92 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed transmission. The 2026 Multistrada V2 S is packed with numerous advanced features, whereas the base Multistrada V2 offers all the previously mentioned elements, excluding the premium suspension.

In terms of technology, the new 5-inch TFT color display boasts a completely redesigned interface with three different information modes. Riders have the option to choose from five riding modes: Sport, Touring, Urban, Enduro, and Wet. These Riding Modes modify the cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control (DTC), Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC), and Engine Brake Control (EBC) to predefined settings, which can be adjusted by the user. The standard features on the Multistrada V2 include Cruise Control, a USB port integrated into the dashboard, and the Ducati Brake Light EVO, which flashes during emergency braking.
