Anna does not represent public disenchantment: Digvijaya

The government is racing against time to bring and pass the Lokpal Bill in the winter session of Parliament. The cabinet will be meeting on Tuesday afternoon to discuss the bill. As the government burns the midnight oil to present amendments to the earlier draft of the Lokpal Bill, Anna Hazare is not satisfied. In an exclusive interview to NDTV, Congress General Secretary Digvijaya Singh says the Lokpal Bill will be framed by the collective wisdom of Parliament, and that Anna cannot assume the responsibility for passing a law.
