Video of students being belted could be tip of the iceberg

Two days after the prestigious Sainik School in Jharkhand was rocked by a clip showing senior students whipping juniors with belts, the police and the state govt have acted on a High Court order and are enquiring into the incident. An FIR has also been registered against two students of the school. School authorities have maintained this was an one-off incident, but voices from within the school contradict this statement.
