Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy today met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to find a way out of the Mullaperiyar dam issue, but reportedly got no assurances. Kerala says the 116-year-old dam is unsafe and can collapse any moment. Tamil Nadu, however, says Kerala is creating undue panic. Mr Chandy speaks to NDTV on the issue.
