The CBI Director has been asked to appear before the Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Tuesday in connection with the sex scandal involving senior police, army and government officials. On Monday, arrest warrants were issued against a BSF DIG and an advocate for failing to appear for an identification parade before a minor girl, who has named 11 people as her alleged rapists.
