Inflation threshold for India between 4-6%: Subbarao

RBI Governor D Subbarao said that the inflation threshold for India is between 4-6 per cent. He also commented on the recent trend of central banks buying government bonds in open market operations. He said this would make price stability hostage to sovereign debt concerns.
