There is turmoil in Pakistan, where the army and the government are on a serious collision course. In a sharply worded statement the military has warned of serious ramifications after PM Gilani criticised the ISI and army chiefs for their stand on the Memogate issue. Escalating the row, minutes later, Mr Gilani sacked his Defence Secretary, who is considered close to the army chief.
