Your chance to capture a moment on YouTube

Your chance to capture a moment on YouTube
New Delhi: Want to capture a moment in your life and put it on screen. Well you have the chance of a lifetime with popular video sharing website YouTube's new experiment.

The website has come out with a completely new concept wherein ordinary people will get a chance to capture on camera the myriad moments of their day to day lives. This new concept has been named "Life in a Day," which is being termed as a historic cinematic experiment that will attempt to capture a snapshot of life on camera.

The subject can range from a sunrise, the commute to work, a neighborhood soccer match, or the extraordinary.

Oscar-winning director Kevin Macdonald, who has directed movies such as The Last King of Scotland, Touching the Void and One Day in September, will then edit the most compelling footage into a feature documentary film, to be executive produced by Ridley Scott, the director behind films like Gladiator, Black Hawk Down, Thelma & Louise, Blade Runner and Robin Hood.
