Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Imran Khan addressed his supporters at a massive rally in Islamabad, hours after the deadline set by him for Pakistan prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to step down lapsed.
Here are the highlights of the address:- We are ready for dialogue but Nawaz Sharif must resign first.
- Punish all those who are guilty of rigging the 2013 elections.
- First demand is Nawaz Sharif must resign. Our second demand is that we want fresh elections.
- Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has chosen goons who suppress people.
- Even if I have to sleep here, I won't leave until Nawaz Sharif resigns.
