US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton - on a three-day trip to Pakistan - said on Friday that the US is encouraging the governments of India and Pakistan to resolve the Kashmir issue.
In an interaction with women journalists in Islamabad, Hillary said, "We know both countries have very strong feelings about this. We will keep making the case that finding an answer (to Kashmir) is very much in the interests of Pakistan and India."
Clinton further added, "We are trying very hard to encourage your (Pakistani) government and the Indian government to resolve this issue."
