South Korean President Park Geun-Hye on Friday said she would allow herself to be questioned over a corruption scandal engulfing her administration.
In her second address to the nation in 10 days, Park accepted responsibility for the damaging scandal involving a close personal friend accused of fraud and meddling in state affairs.
But she denied related reports that she was in any way connected with a cult-like religious group.
