Royal wedding parties to yield 140 ton of trash
London: The parties that will follow the wedding of Prince William with Kate Middleton are expected to generate 140 ton of trash -- which will be swept away by 130 sanitary workers at a cost of 45,000 pounds.

Hundreds of tourists are flocking to Westminster Abbey where Prince William will marry Kate Middleton Friday.

The Sun said that when the huge crowd of an estimated 500,000 people begins to disperse after the royal wedding, as many as 130 workers will begin cleaning the area in an operation that would cost about 45,000 pounds.

The workers are expected to clean an expected 140 ton of rubbish, some of it from street parties that will be held at night.
