Monterrey, Mexico: At least 16 people were killed and 30 injured when a freight train slammed into a passenger bus in the Mexican city of Anahuac on Friday, authorities said.
The collision happened when the bus was attempting to cross the rail tracks, Jorge Camacho, head of civil protection in northeastern Nuevo Leon state, told AFP.
