Mohammad Fathali Iran's Ambassador to India says Tehran considers India one of its friendly countries and is in contact with the Indian government regarding the passage of ships through the Strait of Hormuz. Responding to questions on oil shipments and maritime access amid the conflict, the envoy said Iran's Foreign Minister has named India among select nations with whom coordination is underway for vessel movement in the region.
