TCS Nashik Scandal: 7 arrested, Employees Suspended Amid Harassment Allegations
Tata Consultancy Services has suspended all employees accused in the Nashik sexual harassment case, following the arrest of seven staff members, including a human resources manager. The company has reiterated its zero-tolerance policy on harassment and said it is fully cooperating with the police investigation. The case surfaced after a woman alleged coercion and false promises of marriage by a colleague, following which multiple women came forward with similar complaints.
