India's most wanted Dawood Ibrahim wanted to give himself up - that's what former Delhi Police Commissioner says a D-Company's insider told him. Speaking to NDTV on the conversations he had with the underworld don, Neeraj Kumar said that Dawood was willing to surrender with certain conditions, but no follow up was done and he was abruptly asked to stop talking to the don. The former top cop also speaks on whether there was a deal to get Yakub Memon back and why he believes police's case in IPL spot-fixing will stand legal scrutiny.
