The AgustaWestland scam is back in the news. Air Marshal SP Tyagi became the first Armed forces Chief to be arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on charges of corruption. He will be produced before a judge tomorrow and will be subjected to custodial interrogation by the CBI. Tonight Air Marshal Tyagi may have been arrested but where is the smoking gun?
