With COVID-19 vaccination speeding up and cases coming down, the European Union (EU) is considering ways to return to normal life and what it can do to help other nations. The EU is likely to open its doors this summer to fully vaccinated tourists. NDTV spoke to William Glucroft, correspondent at Deutsche Welle in Berlin, Germany, on how Covid travel restrictions may be eased in the coming days.
