Neville Roy Singham, American millionaire accused of spreading Chinese propaganda in India and abroad, has now been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with a money laundering case against NewsClick, sources have said. A New York Times report had earlier alleged that NewsClick is part of a global network that receives funding from American millionaire Neville Roy Singham.
