The investigation into the death of 33-year-old Twisha Sharma has intensified, with the CBI arresting her mother-in-law, retired judge Giribala Singh, after hours of questioning. Investigators allege destruction of evidence and attempts to conceal crucial proof linked to the case. As the custody of Twisha's husband Samarth Singh comes up for review, the CBI has carried out forensic recreations at the apartment complex and is examining key evidence, including WhatsApp chats, alleged harassment, and six ante-mortem injuries noted during post-mortem examinations. The Madhya Pradesh High Court has also raised serious questions about the conduct of the accused and the circumstances surrounding Twisha's death.
