TMC Rebel Humayun Kabir Announces Name Of New Party - Janata Unnayan Party
TMC rebel Humayun Kabir has announced the name of his new political party as the Janata Unnayan Party (JUP). He said the party will work for the "aam aadmi," with a special focus on deprived Muslim communities. Kabir also revealed that JUP will announce candidates for six Assembly seats - four from Murshidabad and two from West Midnapore.
