Subsidy approval a motivation for states: REC
A capital subsidy of Rs 28,000 crore was approved during the 11th Plan period for the rural electrification scheme H D Khunteta, Director (Finance), REC told NDTV Profit the subsidy will prove as a motivation for the states.
