Strong response to bond issue: Indian Oil

IOC has raised SGD 400 mn through Singapore Dollar denominated bonds. PK Goyal, Director - Finance at IOC says that the demand for the issue was strong with institutional investors and banks showing interest. He expects the cost of the borrowings to be lower than the cost of recent US dollar denominated borrowings.
