Special Measures In Assam For Phase 3 Voting Amid Rain, Thunderstorm Alert
For the third phase of polls in Assam after the weather department issued an alert over rains and thunderstorms, election authorities have taken special measures including an SOP which has been put in place. Official sources have told NDTV that the returning officers of all constituencies have been advised to arrange for weather protection and voter comfort on election day to help till the extent it's possible.
