Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri strongly criticised the unprecedented disruption in Parliament that prevented Prime Minister Narendra Modi from delivering his address. Speaking to NDTV, Puri said physically blocking the PM's entry into the Lok Sabha crossed all parliamentary norms. He also condemned Rahul Gandhi's use of the word "traitor" against Union Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu, calling it deeply offensive and hurtful to the Sikh community. Puri said political disagreements are natural, but the language and conduct witnessed in Parliament were indecent and unacceptable.
