Torrential rain from Storm Leonardo hit southern Spain's Andalucía region on Wednesday, causing flooding that cut off roads and forced residents from their homes. Some high-speed train lines were suspended in Andalucía due to the rain, according to Renfe, Spain’s state-owned railway operator. This is not the first time the Los Angeles-born rapper has been part of he torch relay.
