Singhvi CD row: Does it involve Parliamentary ethics?
After Abhishek Manu Singhvi quit as the spokesperson of the Congress and also resigned as the head of parliamentary standing committee on law and justice over a controversial CD, the BJP wants answers and suggests a probe by the ethics panel of Parliament. But is this an issue that should involve Parliament at all?
