India Speaks: Cleaning Up Bengaluru's Air

The Pollution Control Board in Bengaluru says it is getting serious about cleaning up the city's deteriorating air. But the task is a big one, with more than half a million vehicles on the road contributing to over 40% of the air pollution. The PCB chairperson shares the plans - including denying fuel to those without an emission certificate and generally discouraging people from using their cars. Experts and regular citizens respond with ideas of their own.
