Senior Advocate and BJP leader HS Phoolka has strongly condemned the visit by three BJP MPs to the residence of 1984 anti-Sikh riots convict Sajjan Kumar, calling it a “shameful act” and contrary to the party’s stance. In an exclusive interview with NDTV’s Reet Kaur Sahni, Phoolka said BJP president Nitin Nabin and the party leadership were extremely unhappy over the visit. He said Mr Nabin personally reprimanded the three MPs and indicated that action would be taken against them, with the final punishment still under consideration
