Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant speaks to NDTV after the state's Congress leader claimed the Constitution was thrust on the people of Goa. "We have approached the Election Commission and complained against the statement. Goa got independence in 1961, 14 years after the rest of the country, because of the Congress. After that whatever its leader said is a reflection of the party's views," he said.
