Congress chief Rahul Gandhi today reassured the Alwar gang-rape survivor and her family that they would receive justice. The Congress government in the state and the police force have come under fire from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati for allegedly supressing news of the attack. Speaking to the media at Alwar, Rahul Gandhi said, "The family talked about nyay (justice). Justice will be done. Action will be taken against perpetrator".
