Cyclone Arnab (Ornab) has intensified into a very severe cyclonic storm over the west-central Bay of Bengal, triggering precautionary measures along the Andhra Pradesh coast. The storm is expected to make landfall between Bapatla and Visakhapatnam, near Yanam, by the forenoon of October 28.
