Punjab Drug Crisis | Man's Death Due To Suspected Drug Overdose Sparks Road Blockade In Mansa
Protests erupted in Punjab's Mansa district after 35-year-old Daljit Singh was found dead, with his family suspecting a drug overdose and alleging that narcotics remain easily available in the region. Relatives blocked the Sirsa-Mansa road, demanding arrests and action against alleged drug peddlers. Police intervened as protesters headed towards Mansa and took the body into their possession.
