The Madhya Pradesh government is sticking to its stand on the controversial encounter in which eight men belonging to SIMI were killed on Monday. But questions for the police have only intensified as contradictions and video evidence fail to back up their version. Quite simply, the question is - was this a cold blooded murder or was it a genuine encounter? On the show tonight, we are joined by the Home Minister of Madhya Pradesh who says the men were planning a major terror attack. Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju says we should stop questioning authorities, but the questions will be asked - most fundamentally about the rule of law.
