High Court Relief For Congress MP Akoijam In Sexual Harassment Case

The Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi has extended interim protection from arrest to Congress MP Akoijam Bimol Akoijam in his anticipatory bail plea. The court has issued notice to the Delhi Police and directed the investigating officer to appear in person with the case file on November 5.
