Putin Calls Drone Threat “Serious”, Vows Russia Will Resolve Challenge
Russian President Vladimir Putin has described the growing drone threat in the Russia-Ukraine war as a “serious” challenge, saying Russia is confident it can address it. Speaking after the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit in Bishkek, Putin also praised US President Donald Trump’s special envoys Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff for their role in diplomatic efforts to end the war. Putin met Chinese President Xi Jinping and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the sidelines of the summit.
