Three of Asia's most consequential leaders were together again at the SCO Summit in Bishkek, Narendra Modi, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping. The trio shared the stage for the SCO group photograph, in a high-profile moment at the summit. They were also together at last year's SCO Summit in Tianjin but this year, the geopolitical backdrop was markedly different.
