The CJP's proposed Lehra Do Tiranga march in Central Delhi ran into a fresh police crackdown, with founder Abhijit Dipke and student leader Neha Bora detained before the demonstration could take shape. Police cited restrictions under Section 163 of the BNSS, along with public safety, traffic congestion and concerns over disruption to traders during the festive shopping season. Despite the detentions and heavy security, protesters carrying the Tricolour gathered at Connaught Place and Mandi House, as the standoff over protest restrictions in the capital continued.
