Referring to repeated allegations that narcotics enter India through ports in Gujarat, Shah said seizures worth thousands of crores have already been made at ports in Gujarat and Maharashtra. He argued that the larger question is how the drugs, once distributed into smaller packets, ultimately reach consumers in Punjab.
