'Drug Trade Has Reached Every Village': Amit Shah Targets Punjab Government

After meeting the families of anti-drug activists Bikramjit Singh, Gulzar Singh and Parvinder Singh Jota in Punjab, Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched a sharp attack on the AAP government, alleging it had failed to curb drug trafficking in the state. Shah accused the Punjab government of not taking the drug menace seriously, demanded CBI probes into the remaining cases linked to anti-drug campaigners, and vowed that the Narendra Modi government would eliminate the drug trade from Punjab by December 31, 2029.
