PM Slams Trinamool Over Bengal Panchayat Polls Violence
Prime Minister Narendra Modi hit out at the Mamata Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress (TMC) in West Bengal, alleging that the party had "played with blood" during the panchayat polls. The BJP has been targeting the ruling Trinamool over the issue, but the Prime Minister’s comments also drew a sharp response from West Bengal Chief Minister Chief Mamata Banerjee.
