This episode of The Real Deal features a very interesting style for finding the best leaders and team players. Three teams of four contestants each will compete against each other, doing a task which is otherwise childish in appearance, but in reality, has been used by several prestigious organizations to test the leadership and team work of their employees. The task is designed to test contestants' level of patience, their ability to lead a team, their ability to maximize the team's productivity and their own ability to perform under pressure and time constraint. Each team was given a set of dry spaghetti sticks, a roll of sticky tape, a marshmallows and some strings. Using only these items, each team was supposed to build a tower and fix a marshmallow on top of it. The team that builds the tallest tower will be awarded with the highest score and maybe something more.
