Mumbai's Civic authorities have started the process of evicting residents of 89 illegal flats in Worli's Campa Cola Compound. They have snapped electric supply in a few flats and say will not stop their action until residents vacate flats which don't have the mandatory Occupation Certificate. While frustrated residents continue to protest and political parties across the political spectrum continue to put pressure on the Chief Minister to bring out an Ordinance that will save the homes of these residents, is the idea feasible?
