In a sharp takedown of the NDA government for its celebratory midnight launch of the Goods and Services Tax, Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said there was no reason for people to celebrate the new indirect tax regime that would make many goods pricier, encourage tax evasion and bring back inspector raj. And these were problems, Mr Sisodia told NDTV in an exclusive interview, that wouldn't go away in a hurry.
