Covid patients with severe symptoms being treated in private hospitals across Tamil Nadu are facing shortage of life saving drugs, particularly Remdesivir. Chief Minister EPS has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to ensure easy accessibility. The state government has told the Madras High court that private hospitals are being supplied Remdesivir after ascertaining patient details.
