Nepal Boxing Team Trains At SAI Guwahati Ahead Of Asian Games
In a boost to India-Nepal sporting ties, SAI’s National Centre of Excellence in Guwahati is hosting the Nepal Boxing Team for an extended high-performance training camp ahead of the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games. The seven-member boxing squad and two coaches have trained with SAI athletes, including boxers from the Indian Army and Meghalaya, focusing on technique, conditioning and tactical preparation. The team will travel directly to Japan after the camp for the Asian Games, beginning September 19.
