Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the BRICS nations, which are meeting in Goa, have agreed that those who "nurture, shelter, support and sponsor forces of terror" are as much a threat as terrorists themselves. Without naming Pakistan, PM Modi had launched a scathing attack on it, escalating India's diplomatic drive to isolate the neighbouring country.
