A free five-week app building online programme by IIT Madras is creating huge buzz. 28,000 people have already signed up for the course that would begin from September 5, Teacher's Day. Offered jointly by IIT Madras and Hasura, a tech start-up company run by an alumnus of the institute, its open for anyone above 13.
