Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has ordered immediate corrective measures after students and parents raised concerns over glitches in the CBSE post-results services portal. A team of professors and technical experts from Indian Institute of Technology Madras has now been tasked with assisting CBSE in ensuring a smooth and glitch-free process.
